Med Tech-Al & Memory Care Salary:

$19-$21.50/hr

Schedule:

Full Time - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday (6am-2pm) - weekend availability a must

Who you are:

Completion of a State-approved Geriatric Nursing Assistant training program (registration with the State registry required)

Completion of a State-approved Medication Aide Course (and applicable continuing education, as required)

Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English

Basic math skills and accurate documentation ability

Prior experience in senior care or assisted living

Able to obtain or have current CPR/First Aide certification

Able to obtain or have Fingerprint Clearance Card

Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card

Job Summary:

Accurately prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and suppository medications

Ensure all medications are administered as prescribed, following proper protocols

Verify medication information against orders and labels for accuracy

Clearly identify residents before administering medications

Maintain proper documentation of medications and treatments provided
