Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join our fast‑growing team at Chamberlin + Associates. This role focuses on property management and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
Meet with property managers to identify workforce needs and communicate them to the maintenance regional and recruiter.
Ensure maintenance parts lists are used at each property and inspect maintenance shops to meet Chamberlin + Associates standards.
Review and follow up on star reviews.
Create and implement curb appeal action plans.
Ensure the work order process is followed at each property.
Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending staff for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
Help train all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
Take initiative to improve processes and maintenance methods.
Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
Hold the maintenance team accountable to expectations, including attendance.
Schedule and supervise selection of vendor work.
Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies and equipment for service, custodial, and grounds departments.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Handle lock‑outs resulting from evictions and provide 24‑hour response to service requests.
Be available on an on‑call basis.
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
Remove snow and ice as necessary.
Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
Requirements
HVAC and CPO certifications.
Self‑motivated with attention to detail.
Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools.
Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
Experience in property maintenance/maintenance personnel roles.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Pay: $23.00+ per hour based on experience.
Bonus potential based on portfolio performance.
