First Shift (M-THU, 6AM-4:30PM)

What You’ll Do
Lead and support production teams to meet daily goals for safety, quality, and delivery.
Train and mentor team members on work instructions and quality standards.
Inspect parts and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment (5S principles).
Assist with scheduling breaks, implementing rotation plans, and tracking production metrics.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required; post‑secondary education is a plus.
Previous manufacturing experience in JIT/JIS environments preferred.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to lead by example.
Forklift experience is an asset.
Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment with varying temperatures.
Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE.
