Schedule Must be flexible and work some overtime as needed. 3rd Shift | Sun-Thu 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay Up to $35+/hour - Overtime opportunities (based on experience, shift differential)
This is a hands‑on maintenance role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. You will respond to production line calls, perform preventative maintenance, and support the installation and setup of equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to line calls and mechanical issues
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
Install, set up, and test new machinery
Support continuous improvement of equipment performance
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work independently to resolve issues in a high‑demand environment
Qualifications
3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with high‑speed automation equipment required
Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices
