Automotive Assistant Manager
Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers is looking for an Automotive Assistant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring efficient, productive, and safe operation of service bays. The role includes training, coaching, staffing, scheduling, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Pay:
$16‑$20 per hour, based on experience, with additional compensation and incentives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Store Manager on operations and staffing decisions, including hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
Support automotive technicians in creating and maintaining a productive sales environment, training teammates on shop operations and customer service.
Assist with scheduling, timecards, and workload assignments for Lube and Tire technicians.
Perform duties of an automotive technician when needed.
Attend meetings and clinics to stay current on tools, parts, and repair techniques.
