Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Develop construction plans

Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling

Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion

Perform site visits and assessments

Prepare technical reports and proposals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Strong knowledge of HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS Pro, MicroStation or AutoCAD, StormCad or equivalent

Proficiency in project coordination, construction estimating, and design

Excellent time‑management skills to meet project deadlines

Preferred Skills

1D, 2D, and 1D/2D modeling experience or interest

Interest in working on diverse civil‑engineering projects across the state

Interest in growing as an industry leader
