Maintenance Supervisor- Atria
The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Supervisor for Atria Apartments in Tulsa, OK. Applicants are invited to join our dedicated team committed to providing a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities
Maintain the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Anticipate, identify, and correct maintenance problems, implementing preventive measures to avoid costly emergency repairs.
Oversee the completion of service requests and repairs, including hands‑on turnkey work, inspections, and rent‑ready unit preparation.
Manage a department budget, keeping expenses within guidelines and implementing cost‑saving measures without compromising quality.
Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with vendors, transportation, and procurement to obtain necessary parts and supplies.
Ensure compliance with all OSHA guidelines for personal and team safety.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
Professional interaction skills with prospects, residents, staff, and management.
Hands‑on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC (heat pump experience a plus), swimming pools, landscaping, and cleaning.
Personal tools and reliable transportation for vendor pickups.
HVAC certification required; CPO certification preferred.
Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred; willing to obtain if requested.
Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on roofs, stoop, kneel, bend, and have good hand‑eye coordination.
Awareness and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fair Housing certification prior to interacting with prospects or residents.
Ability to travel to pick up replacement parts and supplies from vendors.
Other duties as required.
Must complete a drug and background screening.
Work Hours & Pay
40+ hours per week; evenings, weekends, and on‑call hours as circumstances warrant.
Hourly Pay Range: $28–$30.
