Senior MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical)
We are seeking a
Senior MEP Engineer
to support the continued growth of our clients Phoenix operations. This role is ideal for an experienced consulting engineer who thrives in a hands‑on design environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through completion.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support
design efforts
on complex projects within
semiconductor, industrial, and mission‑critical
environments
Produce and review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
Coordinate closely with internal teams, architects, and clients
Provide technical guidance and contribute to project planning and execution
Support project delivery with a strong focus on quality, schedule, and constructability
What We’re Looking For
6–12 years
of experience in
consulting engineering
Background in
Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical Engineering
PE license preferred
(or on track)
Strong design experience within
semiconductor, industrial, or mission‑critical facilities
Mandarin (Chinese) language skills a strong plus
Self‑starter with an
entrepreneurial mindset
who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work
