Ability to read and interpret plans/specifications; proficiency in scheduling and construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Certifications:
OSHA 10/30 required; NCCER Superintendent or PMP preferred.
Other:
Valid driver's license; strong leadership and communication skills.
