Profile

Experience:

Minimum 4‑5 years supervising interior commercial projects (tenant improvements, drywall, finishes).

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret plans/specifications; proficiency in scheduling and construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

Certifications:

OSHA 10/30 required; NCCER Superintendent or PMP preferred.

Other:

Valid driver's license; strong leadership and communication skills.
