Responsibilities
Assemble, align, and install water, sewer, and drainage pipe systems.
Prepare trenches, cut and seal pipes, connect joints with cement, glue, or welding, and backfill after installation.
Locate and remove existing pipes using specialized tools as needed.
Support underground utility installation by assisting the pipe crew with safe and efficient placement of systems.
Perform complementary tasks to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Pipe Layer.
Reliable transportation; ability to travel to different locations based on business needs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Entry-level; full-time position.
Physical Expectations
Lift 50 or more pounds; ability to lift, carry, bend, crawl, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and crouch.
Stand for long periods; work in varying weather conditions and on different terrain types.
Pass a drug test.
Pay Compensation will be based on experience.
