We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in public construction projects, with a strong focus on School Construction Authority (SCA) and healthcare facilities. This role involves overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.

Base Pay Range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure compliance with SCA standards, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality.
Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and report regularly to senior leadership.
Manage project documentation, change orders, and cost control measures.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in public construction project management, with proven expertise in SCA and healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, public procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
