DSP Direct Support Professional - 40 hrs
Department for Persons With Disabilities (DPD) Regular Salary:
$20.06 per hour Mon‑Fri; $21.06 per hour for shifts beginning 11:00 PM Friday to 11:00 PM Sunday. Non‑work time will be paid at the base rate. Passionate about making a difference in others’ lives? Serve as a Residential Counselor, helping meet the health, safety, and welfare of residents. Assist and/or supervise individuals in personal care (bathing/toileting); participate and/or supervise cleaning, cooking, and life‑skills activities. Administer and/or assist with medication administration. Communicate effectively with supervisors, co‑workers, and residents. Drive residents to and from day programs and community activities using agency vehicles. Maintain daily documentation of services provided. Assist with fun community‑based activities. Great Benefits

Motivated to work as part of a team dedicated to the best interests of residents Experience with ID/DD population is a plus High‑school diploma or equivalent Valid, non‑provisional driver’s license Ability to meet the physical requirements of CPR/First Aid and emergency evacuation procedures Full‑Time Shift
(Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of criminal background checks, reference checks, DMV checks, fingerprinting, a pre‑employment physical, and a drug test. All staff must attend a monthly Staff Meeting (date/time to be determined). Meeting waivers are available for conflicts due to secondary employment or school; appropriate documentation is required.
