Key Responsibilities and Expertise
Skilled in planning and sketching mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, sanitary systems, domestic water, and medical gas.
Plumbing, ductwork, sanitary, medical, compressed air, natural gas, and water heating systems.
Develop and analyze design concepts with engineers.
Determine design feasibility based on safety, function, and serviceability.
Revit software allows comprehensive drawings, plans, and sketches.
Create construction documentation and manage sporadic submissions.
To achieve design integration, collaborate with different disciplines.
Visit sites and conduct field research.
Able to optimize routing and system size.
Expertise in CAD software.

Salary Range:
$60,000 – $95,000
This position requires working in an open office setting.
Qualifications
Health care experience essential
Required: ABET‑accredited engineering bachelor's degree
Working toward professional license (PE) after passing Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE)
Over 4 years as a mechanical designer
Computer Skills: Revit, AutoCAD MEP, MS Office, Trane TOPSS, Trace 3D
Travel: up to 10% depending on project.
