Role
Master Service Technician
A-Level Automotive Technician
We’re especially looking for a GMC A-Level Technician—someone with advanced diagnostic skills, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of excellence in dealership service.
GMC and ASE Certification Preferred – Candidates with hands‑on experience servicing GMC vehicles and current ASE certifications will be prioritized. Proven diagnostic ability and familiarity with manufacturer standards are a plus.
Your Daily Work Schedule
Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
Test‑drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualities We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of the service drive.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer competencies.
Positive, friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
