Senior HR Payroll Analyst Country/Region: US

Job Description About the Team:

In this role, you will join a fast‑paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues for the Americas region. We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.

What you can look forward to as Senior HR Payroll Analyst:

Process USA weekly/bi‑weekly payroll using systems such as Kronos, UKG, PeopleSoft, SAP, and ADP

Manage online paychecks, adjustments, and refunds

Confirm payroll data and manage daily payroll reports

Communicate payroll deadlines and updates to HR and cross‑functional teams

Coordinate vacation payouts, patent award payments, and various deductions

Support audits and internal reviews of payroll operations and ensure accuracy

Assist in the preparation of year‑end payroll entries and reports

Ensure proper classification of payments, tax reporting, and reconciliation for the year‑end period

Your profile as Senior HR Payroll Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience with USA, Canada Payroll process

Knowledge of PeopleSoft, SAP and QAD system preferred

Strong experience in Internal Controls

Ability to multi‑task and set priorities
