We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join us as a Curriculum Administrator, providing high quality support to our curriculum managers and teaching teams. In this varied role, you will help keep our curriculum areas running smoothly by delivering a range of administrative support, along with using and maintaining a range of manual and digital systems to log, track and enter data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
Support curriculum managers and teaching teams with high‑quality administrative support.
Use and maintain manual and digital systems to log, track and enter data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Act as a key point of contact, responding to enquiries and offering excellent customer service to colleagues, learners and employers.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Administrative experience and strong IT proficiency, including using Excel and databases.
Range of GCSEs at A‑C grade or equivalent, or a vocational qualification at NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
