Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CNC equipment and related machinery in accordance with company policies, safety guidelines, and training manuals.

Complete assigned projects within specified timeframes while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Fully understand and follow instructions provided by supervisors.

Communicate regularly with supervisors and managers regarding job status, concerns, or questions.

Review and understand all job documents and specifications associated with each order.

Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Assist in printing, finishing, or other departments as needed and “go where the work is.”

Required Skills

Experience in a sign shop, wide‑format printing, or related production environment.

Strong ability to read and interpret work orders, instructions, and production documents.

Dependable, energetic, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Skilled in trimming and cutting printed products.

Ability to operate CNC/Zünd machines or similar routing equipment.

Experience with banner finishing (sewing, welding) is a plus.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Forklift certification is a plus.

Ability to operate laminators, mounters, and other finishing equipment.

Knowledge of warehouse and material‑handling safety practices.

Strong interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, vendors, and customers.

Ability to remain calm and effective during high‑pressure or unexpected situations.

Willingness to learn and operate material‑handling equipment as needed.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Ability to measure with precision (including fractions of an inch); may assist with site surveys and recording field measurements.

Experience with light fabrication and the safe use of power tools.

Requirements
