Job responsibilities and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive manufacturing preferred.
Experience in preventive maintenance, SAP, 5S, …
2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of production equipment, industrial building systems and utilities.
Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to resolve issues using sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
