ND Energy Services is a regional oilfield services company based in Dickinson, ND, focused on well servicing and completion work in the Williston Basin.
A Workover Rig Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of their assigned rig, ensuring productivity standards and working closely with customers to safely provide services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Plans delivery of service including review of equipment, supplies, and customer specification in preparation for scheduled jobs
Supervises daily field operations for assigned team and ensures quality delivery to meet customer demands
Ensures quality customer relationships on location
Manages the performance of rig operations
Attends and participates in safety meetings
Understand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, and any other regulations required
Reports any and all incidents immediately
Able to work in all weather conditions
Performs other duties as directed by management
Required Skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must possess organization and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work with a team
Must be able to lift 100 lbs and handle physically demanding work
Must be able to communicate using oral and basic written communication
Must pass a Pre‑Employment Drug & Alcohol screening and participate in the random testing pool
Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
Arrange for reliable transportation to and from work

Work Environment The job operates in an outside environment and routinely works in all weather conditions, including extreme wind, rain, cold, heat, etc.
Position Type / Expected Hours Full‑time position. Regularly requires long hours and weekend work as job duties demand.
License & Certifications
Valid Driver's License
Class A or B CDL, preferred
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous workover experience required
2 years previous rig supervisor experience preferred
