M To-Pros Development Inc. is an MWBE Project Management and Project Controls firm based out of New York City. We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Project Manager to join our team.
Summary The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects ranging from office fit-outs to public sector projects, including interior fit-outs, hospitals, schools, high‑rise housing, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on‑site.
Prepare and review contracts, schedules, estimates, and schematics.
Manage project documentation and communication effectively.
Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering, architecture, construction management).
At least ten years’ experience in project management.
Experience working both on private‑sector interior fit‑outs and on construction projects with NYC public agencies.
Familiarity with project‑management software (Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera) and strong computer competency, especially in Excel.
Experience leading multimillion‑dollar projects from inception to closeout.
Strong communication skills.
Strong Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following areas
Comprehensive experience in the planning and execution of office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, and space optimization.
Experience in programming, test fits, budget development, procurement coordination, and detailed move management.
Experience leading site walkthroughs and meetings with project leadership.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across public and private sectors simultaneously.
