Road Mechanic This Road Mechanic/Technician role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and equipment. Specialty line locations may also include large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.
Responsibilities
Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations.
Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
Work with an incredible team of people in a safety-focused environment.
Qualifications Education or experience
High‑school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty line equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. 21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations.
Skills & Abilities
May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
Physical demands
require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

Base Pay Range $23.58 - $32.41 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
