About The Role Taylor at 502 in Louisville, KY is seeking a
hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor
with
extensive HVAC and plumbing experience . EPA certification is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional resident service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all property maintenance operations and staff
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and vendor relationships
Ensure timely response to service requests and after‑hours emergencies
Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Provide top‑tier service to residents and uphold community standards
Preferred Skills
HVAC certification (EPA required)
Strong plumbing experience (required)
Pool maintenance experience a plus
