Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 yearly

Responsibilities

Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use until deals are closed.

Perform due diligence on real‑estate markets, geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork.

Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.

Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.

Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition.

Prospect and locate homeowners interested in selling their house.

Contact a high number of homeowners daily.

Nurture and convert leads into signed contracts.

Get signed contracts over the phone or in person in the Austin Metro area.

Structure offers that fit into our business model.

Close real‑estate transactions.

Provide feedback to improve and optimize our sales process.

Qualifications

Over 1 year of experience as a real‑estate specialist in acquisitions, land acquisition, or real‑estate sales (preferred).

Exceptional oral and written communication skills and strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Enthusiastic passion for real‑estate asset sales and a goal‑oriented personality.

4‑year college degree in sales, business, real estate, or related field highly desired.

Real‑estate sales experience 2 years (preferred).

Outbound sales experience 2 years (required).

Located within 30 miles of the office.
