Vice President- Investment Banking and Private Equity at Selby Jennings This client is a leading investment bank in NYC looking to expand their Consumer Group with a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst II/III. sell-side M&A transactions

Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of
sell-side M&A
processes, including financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of marketing materials.
Conduct in-depth industry and company research within the consumer sector.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate strategic alternatives.
Assist in drafting presentations and transaction documents for clients and prospective buyers.
Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications
Experience:
1-2 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to M&A transactions.
Technical Skills:
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
Industry Knowledge:
Interest or prior experience in the consumer sector is highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Attributes:
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
