$250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements Serve as a generalist across individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust taxation Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance Advise clients on tax law changes and planning strategies Mentor and lead tax professionals to ensure high-quality service Drive business development and expand market presence Build and maintain trusted client relationships Qualifications:
CPA or JD required 12+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4, national, or large regional firm preferred) Proven success in business development and client growth Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Long-term commitment to partnership Experience in a broad range of tax areas (individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust) Benefits & Compensation:
