Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant, based in Baton Rouge, LA. In this position, the Assistant will perform a variety of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks to support the team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. The role may include occasional work from home, while primarily requiring presence in the Baton Rouge office.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with maintaining digital records.
Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
