is seeking a

Personal Lines Client Account Manager

to join our growing team in

Maitland, FL!

The Personal Lines Representative position provides customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions in support of the production of the business.

How You Will Contribute

Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client’s needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.

Responsible for retaining the current book of business

Correspond and maintain contact with State Agencies regarding new and renewal business.

Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts.

Prequalifying and analyzing prospect’s coverage needs

Actively soliciting enhancements in coverage (Cross-Selling/Rounding accounts) through sales to existing clients

Seeking Referrals from current client base for new business prospects

Operate a laptop/computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.

Meet requirements for licensing as directed by the branch/agency.

Licenses and Certifications

Property and Casualty license

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Routine or periodic travel is required, which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (preferred)

Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight (preferred)
