2400 SW 145th Ave, Suite 300, Miramar, FL 33027 (Onsite; 1 WFH day eligible after 6 months post-conversion)
Overview This is a temp-to-perm Staff Accountant position offering a permanent salary range of $55,000–$60,000. The role is ideal for recent college graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience. The position starts onsite, transitioning to a hybrid schedule after conversion. Six to eight weeks of comprehensive training are provided.
Job Description
Review and reconcile approximately 40+ General Ledger accounts monthly
Prepare monthly supplier bank reconciliations and assist with month-end financial closing and analysis
Compile and distribute monthly financial statements and reports
Analyze GL expenses vs. budget and prior year to identify fluctuations for the executive team
Prepare monthly department P&L reports (e.g., Juice Department, M&E)
Analyze and track incentive and sales commission programs to ensure accuracy and prevent duplication
Process incentive payouts and submit to payroll for payment
Review gross profit GL postings, bank deposit reconciliations, and journal entries as required
Process monthly revenue, PST, and commission payouts
Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting for management
Perform reconciliation and bill-backs to suppliers for incentive programs
Required Skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (testing required during interview)
Experience with journal entries, fixed assets, and account reconciliations
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
ERP experience preferred (SAP training provided)
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
