Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA)
to join our Clinical Team in Fort Wayne, IN.
We provide exceptional care and service to seniors in our community. Your role will focus on medication management and resident care.
Responsibilities
Provide services to residents as directed by the resident care plan, including ADLs.
Dispense, administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician and in accordance with scope of practice and company policy.
Report the condition of the resident to the Wellness team.
Document assistance in electronic health record.
Respond to call lights.
Deliver exceptional customer service.

High School Diploma/GED
Current QMA Licensure
Insulin Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
Prior Healthcare Experience
