Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding support to new and existing customers.
Drive Sales Growth: Use consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and identify upsell opportunities.
Engage Customers: Manage inbound calls and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business.
Support Delinquency Management: Collaborate with customers on past‑due accounts and work toward resolution.
Learn and Grow: Participate in a hands‑on training program with one‑on‑one mentoring.
Ensure Compliance: Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
Customer Focus: Genuine desire to help others and deliver top‑tier service.
Sales Mindset: Confidence in promoting products that meet customer needs.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and offer creative solutions.

Educational Background: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
Industry Experience: Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance is preferred but not required.
Work Location : 354 Festus Centre Drive, Festus, MO 63028
Hours : Full Time – Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (evenings and weekends based on business needs).
Hourly : $16.50 – $23.00 per hour. The base hourly range reflects the anticipated hourly range based on the state average. The actual hourly offer will depend on location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full‑time employees are eligible for benefits from day one: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in the 401(k) program with company match 30 days post‑hire, starting on the first of the month.
