Full-time Nanny/Household Assistant, Winchester, MA
Full-time Nanny/Household Assistant needed for a warm, welcoming, and busy Winchester family with two children, ages 5 and 7, from February 2nd to June 15th 2026 (may extend long-term!). The schedule is M+TH 8am-6:30pm and T, W, F 1:30-6:30pm, with guaranteed hours weekly.
With the focus of this role being the children, the family would love to find a nanny that brings a positive attitude and outlook for the day; someone thoughtful, empathetic, interactive, communicative, who will play and engage with the children in activities and dive into and encourage their interests. Outdoor play and planning outings is encouraged!
Regarding household support, the family would like help with kitchen and household tidying, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and running errands.
The family has a 1-year-old dog so a nanny who enjoys being around dogs would be great!
Driving to after school activities is required, so a safe, confident driver is a must. The family provides a car for the nanny to use.
Both parents work hybrid jobs with private home offices.
Compensation: $35+/hour with paid vacations, paid sick time, and paid holidays.
