Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. Our focus is goals‑based wealth management, including retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals through investment advice and guidance. As a Financial Solutions Advisor within the centralized segment of the Advisor Development Program, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66), learn foundational advisory skills, and then join the centralized team to provide clients with holistic financial advice. You will work with affluent and high net worth clients, develop relationships, review investment goals, and prepare recommendations that align with clients’ objectives. Once you have honed your skills, you typically progress into the next stage of development as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor.

We support you through dedicated programs, coaching, and a defined consultative approach. You will earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within 60 and 120 days respectively, build your network, provide end‑to‑end advice, and collaborate with core banking and investment partners.

Collaborate with core banking and investment partners. Connect clients to all of the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill to meet virtually all of their financial needs.

40 hours per week

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register, submit to the required SAFE Act background check, and remain in good standing. Failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
