Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agent

Location: Indianapolis, IN office – onsite five days per week

Compensation: 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential

Real estate license required; can be completed in conjunction with training

Independent contractor; not eligible for company paid benefits

Not eligible for visa sponsorship

Three+ years continuous professional work experience, preferably in sales or real estate

What You Will Do

Follow roadmap from mentors and training program in an entrepreneurial, autonomous manner

Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investor clients

Collaborate with senior agents to achieve business and career goals with clear growth pathways

Contract and advise clients on individualized real‑estate investment strategies

Prepare thorough property analyses, including broker opinions of value (BOV) and market comparables

Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers

Prospect new client relationships and referral sources

Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements

Participate in training and best‑in‑class skills‑development workshops

Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends

Attend networking and industry events, connect with professionals
