Floating Leasing Consultant – Van Nuys, CA Schedule
DAYS/HOURS REQUIRED: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 9 AM to 6 PM Responsibilities
Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Input information into computer systems. Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size, layout of rooms, available facilities (e.g., swimming pool, nearby shopping centers, freeways), services available, and lease terms. Qualify prospective residents, verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork. Update records as necessary. Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit and application fee. Introduce residents to apartment/property procedures. Promote positive, proactive resident relations, working to make the living experience, from first to last impression, of the highest quality. Qualifications
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience is a must. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to work well on a team. Availability to work weekends is required. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Additional benefits include a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, rental discounts, medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, vacation accrual, and sick time accrual in accordance with law. Application
