Vaco
Vaco Phoenix is currently assisting a company in Tempe on their search for a Treasury Analyst. The Treasury Analyst will own and manage the cash handling process as well as monitoring and enforcing cash handling procedures. This is a hybrid position, paying up to $70k per year and interviewing this week!
Responsibilities
Manage Merchant Identification (MID) creation and oversee the setting up of key vendors and service providers at multiple locations.
Coordinate the establishment of accounts for loyalty and gift card processing programs.
Submit, monitor, and track payment device hardware orders for both new and existing locations.
Oversee account creation and ongoing account management across multiple supplier portals.
Support the delivery, installation, and setup of smart safes at new shop locations.
Coordinate the delivery of consumables such as exchange bags, deposit bags, and deposit slips to new and existing shops.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination with armored car service providers.
Manage cash handling workflows, including cash and change order processes, for new and existing shops.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Associate's Degree or higher
Retail experience and/or prior experience handling cash
Pay Range Up to $70k per year. Depending on experience, skill set, and location. The individual may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
