About the Opportunity Our client is a high-volume, multi-line powersports dealership representing five anchor OEM brands across every major category of the powersports spectrum. We are seeking an experienced Powersports Finance Manager who is eager to plant long‑term roots, grow with a stable and thriving organization, and play a critical role in driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview The Finance Manager is responsible for delivering a professional, transparent, and efficient customer experience through all aspects of the F&I process. This role manages financing, insurance, protection products, and compliance while optimizing profit opportunities and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full finance and insurance process for all unit sales across multiple OEM lines.
Present and sell financing options, extended protection plans, GAP, prepaid maintenance, and ancillary products.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations and dealership policies.
Work closely with sales leadership to increase closing rates and maintain high CSI scores.
Prepare and verify all paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring funding is timely.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
Track F&I metrics, analyze performance, and consistently work to improve product penetration and per‑unit revenue.
Provide clear communication and support to customers throughout their purchase experience.
Maintain an organized workflow and support a high‑volume retail environment.
