and experience in banking or investment accounting. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and reports Support the month-end and year-end close processes Maintain general ledger accuracy and strengthen internal controls Develop and enhance Excel tools to automate reporting and improve efficiency Provide insight through data analysis and trend identification Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial and strategic goals Lead more complex accounting, mentoring, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications
Proficiency in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Account Reconciliation Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail Experience with Financial Software, Excel, and Fiserve Core Systems is a definite plus Knowledge of Tax Compliance, Financial Auditing, and Regulatory Standards Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Multi-Tasking Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a senior accounting role within banking or investment banking.
