About The Role As the Community Association Manager, you will play a key role ensuring residents and members enjoy a superior experience across the clubs managed by Troon. You will oversee daily operations, foster community engagement, and uphold the highest standards of service.

Position Summary A Community Associations Manager serves as the Operations Officer of the Homeowners Association (HOA). The Manager oversees all aspects of HOA operations, fostering relationships among the community, its residents, guests, and employees, and collaborating with the Community Board of Directors, Troon leadership, finance and vendor teams to deliver unparalleled service and accountability.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Delivers prompt, courteous service to all residents, members, guests and employees.

Motivates, directs and supports department heads and front‑line staff on a daily basis.

Plans, develops and implements operational procedures in line with Troon practices and policies.

Ensures that HOA goals and objectives are implemented continuously to meet expectations of residents, the board and management.

Coordinates operating and capital budgets, monitors financial statements, and takes corrective action as required.

Maintains membership with professional associations and attends industry conferences to stay informed.

Understands HOA financial record‑keeping and completes required reporting.

Monitors quality of HOA products and services to maximize member satisfaction.

Secures and protects HOA assets, including facilities and equipment.

Builds professional relationships among community, team members and the company.

Assists in directing and evaluating contracted vendors.

Facilitates and prepares paperwork for meetings such as budgets and board sessions.

Investigates complaints, disturbances, and violations, resolving issues per rules and regulations.

Inspects grounds, facilities, and equipment for maintenance needs.

Solicits and analyzes bids from contractors for repairs and maintenance.

Assists in scheduling and coordinating general maintenance, major repairs, and construction projects.

Maintains records of maintenance and operating costs.

Purchases supplies as needed.

Assists the board with vendor selection and contract management for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security.

Prepares detailed budgets and financial reports for the association.

Conferences with association members to ensure their needs are met.

Meets with the board and committees to address legal and environmental issues.

Provides leadership to the team.

Qualifications

Previous management experience in HOA operations required.

Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience; proven leadership experience mandatory.

Community Association Manager (CAM) License required.

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must obtain local and state licenses or certifications as required.

Strong communication, delegation, motivation, and team‑building skills.

Computer literate with ability to perform budgeting and cost‑analysis calculations.
