Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional financial advisors. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability in the branch.
Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Utilize a firm‑provided branch office in the community and client support resources to focus on client relationships.
