Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you'll develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).

Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.

Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Enjoy a firm‑provided branch office and client support team.

Work independently while being backed by a network of advisors, regional support, and a home office.

Candidate Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Experience in financial services working with clients, with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and a record of success.

State insurance licenses preferred.

Preferred additional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC® or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
