What You’ll Do
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
Manage treasury activities including cash forecasting, cash management, and bank reconciliations
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls
Support audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements
Leverage accounting systems and financial technology tools to streamline workflows and enhance reporting
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong general ledger and financial statement preparation experience
Proven ownership of month-end close
Treasury and cash management experience
Comfort with modern accounting systems, ERPs, and financial technology
A proactive mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills
