The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) II is an important part of our talent acquisition team, focused on supporting multiple lines of businesses and a variety of role levels within the organization, including high-volume, professional, and tech roles. The TAS II is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts such as sourcing, screening, interview management, creating job offers, market analysis, compliance, and engaging top talent.
What you will do
Strategic Sourcing:
Craft compelling job marketing campaigns, leverage social media, job boards, and referrals to attract qualified candidates, and conduct initial screenings.
Data Analysis & Management:
Conduct market analysis, maintain accurate ATS records, and track regulatory compliance.
Talent Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, sourcing and nurturing relationships.
Job Offer Creation and Negotiation Support:
Create offers, support hiring managers, and ensure compliance.
Talent Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates through proactive communication.
Recruitment Coordination:
Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration and Support:
Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to understand talent needs and support recruitment initiatives.
All other duties as assigned.
What you will need
High School or GED (required).
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or related HR functions (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills (required).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (required).
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software (required).
Recruitment or HR Certifications (preferred).
