Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2

We’re looking for a Part‑Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our turf, support a civic‑minded brand, and drive sales while building lifelong relationships with customers.
What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or commission sales goals.
Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store.
Serve as the store’s #1 fan, creating buzz and customer engagement through product promotion, social‑media engagement and services such as BOPIS and curb‑side pickup.
Lead operational excellence, balancing delegation, autonomy and customer‑first selling practices.
Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours and associate schedules.
Communicate trends and customer feedback in collaboration with retail leadership and HQ partners.
Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy and hit sales targets.
Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promos on time.
Partner with the Store Manager to develop a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.
What You’ll Need
1–2 years of retail store management experience.
Strong communication, recruiting and operations skills, including payroll, reporting, scheduling and merchandising.
Leadership and development abilities to motivate a team.
Aged at least 18 years.
A high‑school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Adaptability to a fast‑changing retail environment.
Physical ability to merchandise and handle boxes of merch up to 50 pounds.
$11.66 – $16.22 per hour
(final salary depends on education, location, experience and training).
