About the Position

Primary point of contact for employee relations matters across assigned business groups.

Investigate employee complaints, grievances, and workplace incidents in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Conduct regular site visits to meet with employees, supervisors, and leadership to build trust, gather feedback, and address employee concerns.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including performance management, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices.

Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.

Document and maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and resolutions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Three or more years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist work, or a related role.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or field‑based industry strongly preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time to project sites across assigned regions.
