A regional accounting firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate who will be exposed to the entire process and trained to become a well‑rounded businessperson. We are seeking a highly motivated Audit Associate to join our CPA firm. As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements of various clients. You will be working in a fast‑paced environment with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a full‑time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute audit engagements of various clients in the finance industry
Plan and perform audit procedures in accordance with auditing standards and regulations
Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and management
Supervise and mentor junior staff members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
Assist with business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and regulatory changes
Qualifications
0‑3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit or bachelor’s degree with strong internship
CPA certification a plus but not required
Strong technical skills in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
