Cash Management Specialist, Treasury Management - AMS
Join our Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) at ByteDance, where we manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner. The FSSC team includes accounts payable, travel & expense, and cash management functions. We are currently looking for a driven and meticulous Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely cash management activities, including daily treasury payments, bank guarantee insurance, funding arrangement, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, and monthly closing.
Provide support for internal treasury-related inquiries on a daily basis.
Support internal and external audit requests.
Assist in optimizing Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and the treasury management system.
Assist in industry/regional research, project research, and provide timely and effective responses to the China HQ team.
Assist in treasury management activities analysis and ensure accurate output to the China HQ team.
Qualifications
Minimum: 3+ years of treasury experience, including 3+ years of direct cash management preferably at a technology or Internet company.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant systems technology, including online banking of international banks and bank-enterprise direct connection platform.
Professional proficiency in Mandarin required due to system and financial documents, treasury management activities, and communication with the China team.
Preferred: Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.
Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges.
Experience of local tax payments processing is preferred.

Job Information Compensation:
$68,640 – $160,445 annually. Base salary range for this position in Los Angeles County (unincorporated) may vary depending on candidate qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
