What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Review and abstract lease agreements for retail locations
Liaise with legal counsel, accounting, and third-party vendors on lease matters
Communicate lease obligations with business partners to inform decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
2-3 years of commercial real estate lease administration experience, preferably with a mall-based retailer
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of leases, contracts, and letters of intent
Proficient in Microsoft applications and CoStar lease administration system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience providing guidance to lower-level team members
