Market Risk Analyst – DTCC (Tampa, FL)

The Impact you will have FR&Gs mission is to provide effective and efficient identification, measurement, monitoring and control of market, liquidity & stress testing related to the clearing and settlement processes for DTCC, its members and the markets. FR&G provides critical governance and quality‑assurance capabilities for key risk functions designed to meet rigorous organizational and regulatory standards. FR&G works under delegated authority from the Board and senior management to manage these risks within defined risk tolerances. FR&Gs prime directive includes maintaining sufficient collateral, ensuring liquidity resources, continuous improvement of policies, procedures and processes, and managing FR&G to maintain deep product knowledge and risk framework to measure and manage market, liquidity and credit risks. Market Risk for FICC and NSCC monitors daily margin calculation and manages risk exposures from trade execution and settlement. Responsibilities also include driving new business initiatives, overseeing risk system design and continuous improvements, and compliance with Risk Management policies.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Perform day‑to‑day functions in the procedures such as researching, developing or improving automation solutions.
Develop an understanding of customer automation needs to serve as a point of contact for reporting and automation support and inquiries.
Mitigate risk by following established procedures, identifying and advancing emerging risks, demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Align risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.
Deliver production reporting on time with high quality and zero error results.
Work on projects and operational improvements to mitigate emerging risk in support of new and existing products.
Articulate and present technical information clearly and effectively to collaborators and non‑technical colleagues.
Support the team by creating novel, high‑performance and reusable approaches to solving challenging automation and reporting problems.
Demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of solution ideation, development, and execution, coordinating efforts with internal and external teams.

Qualifications
Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
