Job Title:

Hybrid – Itsasca (3 days onsite, 2 remote, flexible days)
Pay:
$80,000 – $90,000 annually

Job Description:
This role will provide hands‑on Workday support, partner closely with payroll and HR teams, and assist with HR reporting, data integrity, employee lifecycle processes, and ongoing system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support Workday functionality, workflows, and user permissions
Build and modify HR reports and dashboards to support analytics needs
Assist with Workday updates, testing, and documentation
Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with payroll on data review, special pay runs, and inquiries
Process employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, transfers, terminations, updates)
Respond to employee and HR support inquiries via shared inbox
Support process enhancements and greater automation within HR systems
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in HR or HRIS role with significant system involvement
Minimum 2 years working within Workday
Payroll partnership or exposure required (not responsible for full processing)
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional approach
Analytical mindset with interest in reporting and data validation
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
