(Senior Technical Recruiter) for our client (a global leader providing advanced systems and support in defense, aerospace, and security).
This is a
Remote
12-month contract role open to candidates residing in the state of
Georgia , offering a competitive pay rate of
$44.00
per hour. The role involves full life‑cycle recruiting for highly technical positions, requiring a
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience
recruiting for a broad range of roles within the defense/aerospace industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
Competitive pay rate of
$44.00
per hour.
Benefits:
Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
Duration:
12-month contract.
Location:
Remote (Candidate must reside in
Georgia ).
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform
full life-cycle technical recruiting , managing the process from intake meetings with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, assessment, and offer extension.
Develop and maintain robust sourcing strategies in partnership with sourcing team members to attract high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
Review resumes, conduct behavioral pre‑screening interviews, and prepare candidates for success throughout the selection process.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company leaders and HR partners to ensure predictable and credible results.
Utilize the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
to maintain accurate and well‑ordered documentation on all recruiting activities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree
and
6+ years of experience
in full life‑cycle recruiting, or equivalent experience.
Expertise recruiting for a
broad/deep range of technical positions
on a national, multi-location level, preferably within the
defense, aerospace, or security industry .
Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
Experience with all full life‑cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, legal/compliance, job analysis, and relationship management.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation in an
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
Familiarity with
Brass Ring Kenexa ,
Phenom CRM , or
Paradox
is a plus.
